Turno di Guardia: Isole Abbandonate è un gioco d'avventura cooperativo di 60-90 minuti per 1-4 giocatori realizzato da Todd Walsh. Si tratta del terzo set della serie Turno di Guardia e come i precedenti anche Isole Abbandonate è gioco a sé stante che può essere usato anche come espansione mescolando Creature e Luoghi a qualsiasi altro set della serie. Isole Abbandonate introduce la nuova meccanica "Rovina", la nuova modalità "gioco breve", nuove ambientazioni, Creature, Oggetti e 4 nuove classi di Avventurieri, ognuna dotata di propri dadi, abilità e meccaniche uniche.
