Nobody is contesting your order. Nobody is mistreating you. You can still complete it, if you want it. I'm only saying there is a rule which says that you have to pay it before the end of the Campaign to be considered in the final amount. I also explained why.

 | Jar???? (2015-06-02 19:28:18): I respectfully insist: it has been a system error. That's clearly not a customer's fault. Your current solution, that it is, you're welcome to pay, but the total amount is confirmed (=no additional SG) seems a joke. You win, customers lose.
I placed an order on time. I gave my credit card. I get an order. I've got an order number (an order number is a confirmation number). I don't cancel it. I want to pay. I contact you. What's wrong? Why do you mistreat customers who happily want to support this campaign? I expected much more from you :(

| Michele Q (2015-06-02 15:41:05): We replied you are welcome :-) and I specified the final amount will not change (maybe for you was important).
The amount collected is calculated at the campaign end including all paid orders by users. We cannot do it in other way. If not, we should wait until all orders become confirmed. The final official amount could remain sospended for long time and could also go down, if someone cancel an order.
In addition of that without that system anyone could make orders without paid them and make the collected sum go high. Not so much serious, I think.
The current solution seems the best one. Of course suggestions to improve are always welcome :-)

| Jar???? (2015-06-02 15:01:42): I did not pay the order as a result of a system error. I wanted to pay it and I want to pay it now. I selected credit card payment on time, as usual (it is not the first time I buy in Giochistarter, of course). All my data are ok. I have an order number. I've contacted Giochistarter to confirm the payment and to resolve any problem. Giochistarter has replied that “The amount is the sum collected at campaign end and do not change after it for following orders or canceled orders”. I’ve not canceled the order. This is not a “following order”. I’m disappointed. I’m so sorry, folks :(

About the SG, Jarama didn't pay the order, so the total amount 19950 is confirmed, unfortunately no additional SG.

Here you didn't say anything about the 1500 clicks... you only give congratulations to Morris (the first position). Then, because we passed the 1000 clicks with our shared links, will I get a Bomarzo copy too with my order?
Please, confirm us too if we finally get the last SG thanks to Jarama's last pledge because it will make us really happy!!!
